Tournament attracts home buyers

Hua Hin continues to be an established golfers’ paradise with no fewer than 22 courses in the near vicinity.

The recent televised coverage of the Black Mountain Golf Club Asian Masters Tournament created a more than welcome increase in interest from those wishing to rent, purchase or even retire to a home in the lovely beach town of Hua Hin.

It has to be said that the course looked in fantastic shape – it’s hard to believe that the opening was less than two years ago. This course has astounded onlookers with its quality and speed of construction. In only 18 months it was conceived, planned and constructed and has been receiving rave reviews ever since!

Although during the last six months the number of local house rentals and sales has seen a decrease, the area continues to bring a steadily increasing number of holiday makers, golf enthusiasts and tourers every year. Winkworth Hua Hin & Hua Hin Property Care have reported that they’ve been kept busy with enquiries for high quality properties both in and around the town.

Hua Hin Comedy Golf Tournament

If you’re in Hua Hin on the 21st May, why not treat yourself to a day of great golf followed by an evening of hilarious stand-up comedy at the Comedy Punchline Club.

The all-day fun-filled event is organised by a number of local businesses, including Anantara Resort & Hot Property, with tickets going for just 3,000 Baht.

The day’s golf tees off at Springfield village Golf and Spa and the doors open for the Comedy Punchline Club at the Hot Property office in Damnernkasem road at 6pm.

The all-in tickets includes golf, caddie and cart at Springfield’s, all you can eat and drink during the evening’s prize giving ceremony (yes, there are prizes to be won too!) and the comedy show itself which hits centre stage at 9pm, or thereabouts!

The evening’s laughter is provided by comedians Geoff Boyz from the UK, Scotland’s Greg Burns and Lloyd Langford from Wales.

For those that just want to take in the evening’s entertainment, tickets are 1,500 Baht and include an open bar between 8 and 9pm. For bookings and more information contact Hot Property.
